On Friday, September 5, 2025, State Attorney General Gabriella Palmieri and Union Attorney General Jorge Messias signed an additional protocol to the Memoranda of Understanding signed between the Italian State Attorney's Office and the Union Attorney's Office of the Federative Republic of Brazil, aimed at strengthening ties of mutual legal and institutional cooperation.

On Tuesday 8 April 2025, the Attorney General of the State Gabriella Palmieri and the Abogado General del Estado David Vilas Álvarez signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Attorney General of the State of Italy and the Attorney General of the State of the Kingdom of Spain aimed at strengthening the ties of mutual legal and institutional cooperation.
