The history and mission of the State Attorney's Office

Legal body of the State to which legal consultancy and defense tasks are assigned to State Administrations in all civil, criminal, administrative, arbitration, community and international judgements.

Litigation activity

Representation and defense in court of State Administrations and other bodies eligible for legal aid.

Consultative activity

Complementary consultancy to the procedural representation and defense in court of the State Administrations and other bodies admitted to legal aid.
