The Directorate-General for Financial Resources, Contracts and Information Systems, established pursuant to Article 12 of DPCM 29.11.2023 no. 210, performs the functions and tasks falling within the remit of the State Attorney's Office in the areas identified by Article 14, paragraph 1, of the same decree, and is organised into four non-general managerial offices, which carry out the following tasks: management of the budget and payments – management of IT resources and statistics – management of contracts, procurement and supplies – debt collection activities and allocation of fees.
